• All jackets are made to order and manufactured after an order is placed; hence we do not refund/cancel orders after the production has started.
• Refund requests are entertained for 30 Days after the order is delivered and the process takes around 15 to 45 days and varies case to case.Please allow 15-20 days for the processing of returns and up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your account statement.
• Refunds will be issued to the same credit card/account that was used for the original purchase.
• You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
  Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  100% of store credit would be given if customer return product for a refund.
• Actual Shipping cost will be deducted if an item is returned against a refund.
• If an item is returned due to sizing issue, a full refund may not be issued as sizes are reconfirmed after an order is placed by the customer.
• Exchange is possible in this situation where the customer has to pay the shipping cost for sending back the item.
• Damages occurred by the customer, or used products will not be entertained for a refund/Exchange.
